REGGIE Brand Catalyst Awards Judging

Industry leaders have the opportunity to become a REGGIE Brand Catalyst judge. Judges give their expert feedback on the most innovative, impactful, and disruptive marketing campaigns of the year.

Over 300 judges of executive-level industry experts score each entry based on the following criteria:

  1. Overall Originality of Concept: Did the insight inspire an innovative idea that supported the strategy? How original is this concept compared to others you've seen? Was the concept based on a true human insight? 
  2. Strategy in Line with Insights: Did they turn the insights into a tangible strategy that addressed the stated objective(s)? 
  3. Integration/Execution of Campaign or Idea (specific to category): Was the campaign fully integrated? Did their tactics really interact and engage with the target audience consumers? Why does the campaign deserve to win in this category? 
  4. Results in Achieving Business Objectives: Did their results satisfy their objectives? Did they increase their volume, share and/or profit? Did they increase other brand health objectives or goals? (i.e. awareness, engagement, loyalty, etc.)
  5. Building the Brand: Did the campaign build the brand? Did the idea build the brand equity and reinforce the essence of the brand? 

Entries are reviewed in a main round of judging that determines the gold, silver, and bronze level winners in each category. The Grand Jury will then review the top-scoring gold level winners for consideration of the program's top honor - Best in Show. All winners will then be recognized by the industry during the REGGIE Brand Catalyst Awards Gala.

Judging the ANA Reggie Awards was a rewarding experience for me. I got a front-row seat to some of the most innovative and effective work in the industry and was inspired by what fellow marketers are doing for the brands they represent. The opportunity to provide thoughtful feedback on the submissions I judged made me feel that I was contributing my experience back to the marketing community.

 

The REGGIE Awards are the gold standard for new, fresh, and strategic marketing campaigns! It is inspirational to see this work up close as a juror and bring this renewed strategic approach back to my own team.

 

It is an honor to serve as a REGGIE judge and participate in reviewing and rating what was all truly terrific campaign work. It was inspiring to see how the best of the best are approaching challenges and opportunities in this market.
